What are your shipping methods for local orders?

For orders within the Philippines, we use J&T, JRS, and LBC Express.

Shipping takes 1-2 business days within Luzon, 3-5 business days in Visayas areas, and 4-7 business days in Mindanao areas.

If you wish to use another shipping courier not listed above, please contact us at support@saffytenten.com and we will be able to accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We are currently shipping to 28 countries including United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, etc.

Please note that we do not include any duties and charges in your order's total. It is the buyer's responsibility in paying any customs taxes and fees. These charges are imposed when a package arrives in your country and must be paid by the receiver.

How does your pre-order work?

All products listed under our Pre-Order page are available for reservation.

To make a reservation, please add each product to your wishlist. We will notify you via email once the product is already onhand.

Please be aware that reservations are not orders that have been confirmed. You will still need to complete the checkout process, make a payment, and wait for our order confirmation.

What are your payment methods?

We utilize secured payment channels that accept major credit cards both for our local and international customers.

Local customers can also select one of our installment payment options through Atome or BillEase SOON.

Additionally, you have the choice to pay via Bank Deposit or GCash.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, we will notify you via email containing the tracking information of your order.

Alternatively, you could log in to your Saffytenten account to check the status of your order.

What if I receive a defective or missing product in my order?

Before any items are shipped from our warehouse, our fulfillment staff verifies that they are completely undamaged and brand-new. If you ever receive a defective or missing product, please get in touch with us right away via email or Facebook.
